This document sets out the full terms and conditions governing use of the 16000 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services. By using this platform, you agree to be bound by all provisions stated herein.
Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 16000 platform — including the website, mobile app, and all related services — you agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this document, please stop using the platform immediately.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and the operator of the 16000 platform. We reserve the right to modify, add to, or amend these terms at any time without prior notice, and your continued use of the platform following any such changes will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.
Account Creation, Eligibility & Security
To use 16000's services, you are required to register an account with accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted to hold one account only. Registering more than one account under the same individual is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed.
- You must be 21 years of age or older to register and use this platform.
- Personal information provided during registration must be accurate and verifiable.
- You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including any unauthorised access by a third party.
- Please contact customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
User Responsibilities & Rules
Users of the 16000 platform are required to use this service in a responsible, ethical manner and in compliance with applicable Malaysian law. Use of the platform for any unlawful purpose is strictly prohibited.
- Using the platform for any fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal purposes is strictly prohibited.
- The use of third-party software, bots, or automated methods to access or manipulate the platform is strictly prohibited.
- Sharing your account with others or transferring account ownership to another party is strictly prohibited.
- Users are responsible for ensuring their use of the platform complies with local laws in their jurisdiction.
- Any attempt to exploit technical vulnerabilities on the platform will result in immediate account termination.
Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the 16000 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds are from legitimate sources and are personally owned by the registered user.
- Minimum and maximum deposit limits are set by 16000 and may vary depending on the payment method selected.
- Supported payment methods include FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and other local channels displayed on the platform at the time of transaction.
- All withdrawals will be processed to the bank account or eWallet registered under the same user's name. Withdrawals to third parties are not permitted.
- 16000 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing transactions that exceed certain limits, in the interest of everyone's security.
- Any inaccuracies in the payment information provided by the user may result in the transaction being delayed or cancelled.
In the event of any dispute relating to a transaction, users are required to contact the 16000 support team within 14 days of the transaction date. Disputes raised after this period may not be processable.
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
16000 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time in the event of a breach of these terms, suspicious activity, or for platform security reasons. The decision to close an account is final, and 16000 is under no obligation to disclose detailed reasons to the user concerned.
- Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be archived or closed without prior notice.
- Users whose accounts have been suspended pending a fraud investigation are not entitled to claim any winnings or credits until the investigation is concluded.
- Any valid account balance will be returned to the user upon completion of a clean account closure process, subject to identity verification compliance.
- Users whose accounts are closed due to a breach of terms are not eligible to re-register using the same or different information.
Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Liability Limits
The 16000 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suited to any particular user's needs. To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, 16000's total liability to any user is limited to the amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.
16000 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to financial losses resulting from betting decisions.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 16000 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software code, and user interfaces — is the exclusive property of the platform operator. Users are not permitted to replicate, copy, redistribute, or use any of these elements without prior written consent from 16000.
Third-Party Links
The 16000 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. Such links are provided solely for user convenience and do not constitute an endorsement of or guarantee over the content, policies, or practices of those third parties. 16000 is not liable for any damage or loss arising from a user's interaction with any third-party sites or services.
Amendments & Governing Law
16000 reserves the right to amend, add to, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable provisions.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with the 16000 platform or these terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts. Should any provision of this document be found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining valid provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
